Amy Lerch is the founder and owner of Peace. Love. Hair.  Amy is the go-to hair expert entrusted with the style of a number of Denver news anchors, public personalities and many more amazing women and men all over the city that she calls her clients and friends!   Amy has been asked to share her talents and natural ability to connect with and teach clients as an expert on several hair and makeup tutorials for Fox 31 Denver.  Under her management and expertise, her first salon spent two years in the top 10 of Denver's A-List as Best Salon, was featured in two print articles for InStyle magazine and Rachel Ray magazine.  

Beauty school was something of a whim for Amy.  While in college she was inspired to become a licensed nail technician in order to pay her way through school, but ever the planner, she decided she should also know how to do hair.  "I asked my grandfather for help paying for beauty school.  He thought I was crazy to drop out of college to pursue being a "beauty operator".  Being the scholar he was he did a bit of research to find out that beauticians can make a good living and he thought maybe one day I could own my own salon."  That dream was realized in 2002 after opening her first salon, Blondies The Beauty Shop and continues on with the creation of Peace. Love. Hair.   "He never got to see how far I took it, but I was able to give him a few haircuts along the way and I know he was proud of me," Amy says.  Amy's first salon became a preeminent salon in the saturated and competitive Cherry Creek area through rigorous technical training and high standards of client care.   Wanting to continue her pursuit of creating a new brand of salon and with a desire to inspire not only her co-workers but also her clientele, Peace. Love. Hair was born in the summer of 2017.  Peace. Love. Hair is the idea of designing a peaceful space to create beauty and cater to the needs and desires of her customers without a lot of drama.  To focus on peace...and love...and really great hair!  

Many of Amy's clients have been with her for 15 years and counting, which definitely means they have earned "friends and family" status to her.  "I get to listen and give advice not just about hair, but I get to go through life with them.  I am there for the good times and the bad.  I get to do hair for their weddings, style their hair for photos with their new born babies, help them through the hard times in life."  Amy says the thing that keeps her striving professionally and enjoying her career is the look on her clients' faces whenever she finishes their style.   "Every time... it never gets old.  I love to make my clients feel beautiful."

Amy plans to work more travel into her family's schedule, but for now she loves soaking up time with her hubby, children, family and friends.  "I love just hanging out on my beautiful patio, watching sunsets with a glass of wine, and seeing my kids run around, laughing and living life."

Natasha has been in the industry for over 7 years and has a love for hair behind the chair and education. Growing up in Los Angeles she has had the opportunity to learn and work in some of the most sought-after salons with celebrity clientele. Natasha says working in these salons was an incredible experience but ultimately opened her own salon studio in a smaller town by the beach where her clients became more like “friends and family.” Her passion for the beauty industry doesn’t stop there, she attended Makeup Designory school and became an educator for Matrix to help fellow stylists explore their passion for hair and creativity even further. “I truly love to meet new people and help them uncover more of their own beauty. I want every client to leave feeling more beautiful and confident than when they walked in.” She really takes the time to get to know her clients so she can create something unique and perfectly suited for each of her guests. Natashas expertise really shines in blonding, lived in color and extensions while making the integrity of her client's hair of the utmost importance.

Being born in Australia to British parents has provided the opportunity for Natasha to live in different countries and experience different cultures from around the world. These days you can find her riding dirt bikes through the desert, going camping with her rescue pup and boyfriend and making unforgettable memories with her friends and family. She loves sunflowers, cute coffee shops, traveling and being by the water.
